Jillian Hall (born Jillian Fletcher, September 6,
1980 in Ashland, Kentucky) is a professional wrestler who performs for World
Wrestling Entertainment on its SmackDown! brand.
Hall's previous heel character in WWE was portrayed
as a successful "fixer" for wrestlers receiving bad publicity, who has a scorned
personality due to living her life with a growth sprout on her face. That growth
was eventually removed by The Boogeyman.

Career
Debuting in 1998, Jillian wrestled on the
independent circuit as Macaela Mercedes. Her best known work was in the
short-lived GLORY promotion. She worked in and around the independent promotions
until 2003, when she started working for Ohio Valley Wrestling.
Ohio
Valley Wrestling
Jillian joined Ohio Valley Wrestling in the spring
of 2003 (She signed a developmental contract with WWE in March 2004.), where she
wrestled mainly as a babyface until early 2005, when she received breast
implants. Her heel turn came about in a storyline where her implants leaked into
her brain, causing her to become psychotic. Near the end of her developmental
run, Melissa Coates became her bodyguard, and they managed Chad and Tank Toland.
She quietly debuted in WWE after leaving Melissa to manage them alone.
SmackDown!
On the July 28, 2005 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian
Hall made her official WWE debut as a heel working under the gimmick of a
publicist for the heel stable MNM.
She accompanied team member Melina to the ring for
her match with Torrie Wilson. During their match, whenever the camera would
focus on Jillian standing at ringside, a strange "growth" was revealed on the
left side of her face, causing the announcers Tazz and Michael Cole to speculate
as to exactly what it is. The following week Jillian addressed the audience
about the "growth" and referred to it as a "blemish". (The "blemish" was of
course kayfabe.) The next week on Smackdown, Jillian helped Melina and Joey
Mercury defeat Booker T and Sharmell in a mixed tag team match.
On the September 16 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian
Hall was approached backstage by John "Bradshaw" Layfield (JBL), who requested
her help as a "fixer". Hall accepted the offer seemingly ending her partnership
with MNM, allowing her to concentrate efforts on this new client.During her time
with JBL she began a feud with Stacy Keibler after asking Stacy if she could be
her publicist . Hall defeated Keibler in a match on Velocity (though unknown at
the time, it would be Keibler's final WWE appearance). Hall would stay with JBL
during his feud with The Boogeyman which at one point saw Hall have her panties
filled with live worms by The Boogeyman. In January 2006, The Boogeyman ate the
"blemish" off of Jillian's face on an edition of Piper's Pit. After this feud
ended Hall would return to TV with no reminders of her previous blemish. Later,
Hall would accompany JBL during his United States title win at Wrestlemania 22.
However, not long after this she was fired from her assistant job by JBL.
Jillian turned face and began a feud with Melina which would culminate in a
match at WWE Judgement Day 2006 that Hall would win.

Personal information
Jillian's real name is often incorrectly credited
as Macaela Mercedes, though that was simply a previous ring name of hers.
In order to "protect" her blemish whenever she
would wrestle during her early time with WWE, Hall would wear a Vader style
mask. This was done so the prosthesis would not fall off or inadvertently get
ripped off during a match.
Her new entrance theme music is essentially a
modified version of the pop hit "Busted" from the boyband I.D. Her original
entrance theme was originally used by Michelle McCool and would be later used by
another WWE Diva Kristal Marshall. Her theme in OVW was "Toxic" by Britney
Spears.
