Boy George in Trouble with the Law Again

Boy George (aka George O’Dowd) the lead singer of the ‘80’s band “Culture Club” has had another brush with the law. This time he could have some jail time. George was convicted on falsely imprisoning a mail escort in his home on April 28, 2007. He claimed to do this as he believed the escort removed pictures of himself from his computer. The many photos of welts and bruises on the male escort proved too much for the jury. Sentencing is to take place on January 16, 2009.
This is not Boy George’s first brush with the law. Two years ago he reported a false break in his home to police. The police recovered cocaine instead. [Reported by Jaeh-D]
