Angelina Jolie, according to Vu Duc Long of Vietnam’s Adoption Agency, has filed papers to adopt another child from that country. Jolie already has three other children: Maddox (5) who was adopted from Cambodia, Zahara (2) adopted from Ethiopia and Shiloh (10 months) who is her only natural child fathered by Brad Pitt. {Reported by Ian Ripley}
