Kelly Clarkson In The Driver’s Seat At NASCAR

Pop star and “First” American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson has signed a contract partnering with NASCAR. Clarkson, a big fan of car racing is expected to appear in TV spots, awards shows and charity to promote the organization. She kicks off this relationship on February 18, 2007 on the Nextel “Tribute to America” concert airing just before the Daytona 500.During the show, a 30 second NASCAR ad will appear featuring a song from her upcoming 3^rd album. {Reported by Jaeh-D}
