James Brown's Will May Be In Dispute

The will of the recently departed music legend James Brown was read on Thursday.  During the reading, it was noticed that only six of his seven children were mentioned.  The seventh, his 5-year old son (from partner Tomi Rae Hynie) was not mentioned at all.  In fact, Hynie was not in the will either. It is believed that this will was written before the child's birth, probably around 2000. It is unclear if a newer will was ever executed. {Reported by Jaeh-D}
