Singer Mariah Carey Suing Porn Star & Politician Mary Carey Over Name

The battle is on between Mary and Mariah Carey.  Pop singer Mariah Carey is suing porn star turned politician Mary Carey.  This resulted when Mary Carey tried to trademark her name, which Mariah claims is too close in similarity to her own. {Reported by Jaeh-D}
