Pete Doherty: He Got Off Easy on Drug Charges, But Now He Is Wanted For Questioning By Police

Not to worry Doherty fans.  Although Pete Doherty was caught with possession of heroine and crack, he will not face any jail time.  The court fined him and took away his driving privileges, believing this would be more effective.  The Babyshambles singer was estatic, as he also is performing community service and following other restrictions (which is why he was not fined).  Doherty is the on again, off again boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss, who was also in the spotlight last year herself for her own drug use.

However, now Doherty may have other more serious matters to deal with. While at a party Saturday night he had a few arguments with several guests, including little known actor Mark Blanco.  Later in the evening Blanco fell off the balcony and was pronounced dead when emergency workers arrived.  It is unknown how Blanco fell, but Doherty was not present when police began questioning the guests. {Reported by Jaeh-D}
