STEFY AND WIND-UP RECORDS LAUNCH YOUTUBE CONTEST TO DELIVER FIFTEEN SECONDS OF FAME TO FIVE TALENTED FANS

Fans could see themselves dancing in an exclusive version of STEFY’s “Hey School Boy” music video on MTV2

New York --- STEFY and Wind-up Records announced today the launch of “The 15 Seconds of Fame with STEFY” contest on YouTube. The contest delivers the opportunity for STEFY fans and/or anyone with a video cam to submit their most creative and outrageous dance moves for a chance to be “cut” into an exclusive version of STEFY’s “Hey School Boy” music video. The video will be aired during a half-hour MTV2 special featuring STEFY on December 27^th, 2006 (check local television listings for details*).

This half-hour broadcast titled “STEFY: The Orange Special,” is made possible by a winning bid made by Wind-up at a recent charity auction benefiting LIFEbeat, an organization “dedicated to reaching America’s youth with the message of HIV/AIDS prevention.  LIFEbeat mobilizes the talents and resources of the music industry to raise awareness and provide support to the AIDS community.”  Wind-up Entertainment is proud to have been in a position to support this organization.

To enter, simply visit the www.Stefytheband.com site for more info and to download “Hey School Boy” audio and read the official rules.  Then videotape yourself as the dance king/queen you are to “Hey School Boy,” and upload your video clip to STEFY’s YouTube Group (http://www.youtube.com/group/15secwithstefy). The open submission period for fans to upload video begins today November 7^th and will run through November 27^th.

Submissions complying with the contest rules will be posted to STEFY’s YouTube Group where STEFY and Wind-up Records will select the five winners.

In STEFY’s “Hey School Boy” video, singer Stefy Rae auditions “School Boy” hopefuls, who deliver their best moves as she watches from her armchair. In the fan-version of the video, Stefy receives portions of the five winning video clip submissions to her Nokia 5300 mobile phone, which is featured on-screen. This special edition of the “Hey School Boy” video will then premiere on MTV2 during the band’s half hour special on December 27^th 2006.* Fans will also be able to watch and share the video on YouTube and www.stefytheband.com.

One Grand Prize winner and four finalists may have their video clip incorporated into this exclusive fan-version of the “Hey School Boy” music video.  The Grand Prize winner will also receive the chance to be filmed for a future STEFY music video and receive a Nokia phone pre-loaded with STEFY music and videos.  The four First Prize winners will each receive a Nokia phone pre-loaded with STEFY music and videos.  See official rules for details.
