Britney Spears Sex Video Case Has Been Dismissed

A libel case brought by Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline has been dismissed.  The couple was suing US Weekly for printing an item about the couple reviewing an alleged sex tape with their attorney. The judge, Lisa Hart Cole of the Los Angeles Superior Court said that the case is dismissed because Spears has “put her modern sexuality squarely, and profitably, before the public eye.”

With two kids and the lawsuit out of the way, she can turn her attention back to working on her next album, Fear Within, due to be release sometime next year. {Reported by Ian Ripley}
