Submission Guidelines
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for submissions by our visitors to provide us with news and
articles on their favorite celebrities. We are still a small website and do not
have the resources to write the articles ourselves, so we are coming to you, who
probably know more about some of the celebrities than the "experts."
Payment
Still interested? That's good. Your next question probably is:
How much
does this pay? We will allow you to add affiliate links onto
either your blurb or your article page. [Affiliate links are
banners/graphics that allow you to make money through visitors to your
page/website -- either when a visitor clicks on the banner/ad or when the
visitor purchases an item on their website after following your link.] At
this time we will allow Google AdSense banner ads to be added the top of your
article page or your blurb. [Note: Every article and

Please note: We are NOT responsible for any
issues that may arise between yourselves and these third party affiliates.
It is your responsibility to maintain your account and follow the
requirements and policies of your affiliate partner. However, we will try to help with any questions you may have. Get Your Own Author Web Page
If ten of your prior submissions have been POSTED,
we will add a
brief biography of yourself (no more than 300 words) to the
Author Contributor Page. Descriptions,
linking or referencing illegal or pornographic materials will not be
allowed. Pop Stars Plus reserves the right to edit your biography for
non-substantive matters. Changes other than grammar and spelling made by Pop
Stars Plus to the biography will be sent to Contributor for approval before
posting.
- A "posting" occurs when the submission has been loaded onto the
PopStarsPlus.com database and uploaded onto the internet to be made
intentionally available to the public. Uploading of the submission to
non-public internal or externals servers will not be considered a posting
for these purposes.
- A posting occurs when the submission is uploaded and made
available publicly, even if it is available for a short period of time.
The contributing author shall receive a credit for this posting, even if it
is subsequently replaced by another submission.
If fifty of your prior submissions have been POSTED, you will be able to
provide us information to add to a full
author webpage with information about you.
Details as to what can and cannot be added to this page is forthcoming.

BLURBS
Writing a Blurb
All blurbs must include:

- Date of submission
- Three or four sentences describing the news event. The submission
must be your own original work (i.e., it cannot be copied from somewhere
else or published anywhere else. If you include a picture, you must have permissions for us to
use it. You are also responsible to make sure that the information you are
submitting is true and accurate and PopStarsPlus.com/GiftIdeasPlus.com or
any of its owners and agents is not responsible for any damages that may be
caused by the submission. By submitting this work, you are giving PopStarsPlus.com permission
to use all materials for use on our website in the news or any corresponding
celebrity pages. We ask that you spell check before submitting the
materials and we reserve the right to edit all written materials before they
are published.
- Because you are submitting just a blurb, if possible, please include 3
or 4 links to news articles that provide a full story.
