Mike Birbiglia is a great story teller. He just has a knack to make a
story come out funny. These are not just routines, but stories that have
become routines. The difference is that I am sure regardless of what type
of story he was telling, it would come out funny - as opposed to those wanna be
comedians where the story comes out rehearsed. He is just fluid and
creates a contagious atmosphere of laughter. A truly delightful comedy album,
and from a comedian that does not need to go to the cheap cursing or body fluid
jokes. He just turns stories into laughter. This is one album I am
glad I had the chance to review and will most probably listen to it again.
It is far from the worst show he ever did. |

comedians, has returned for his second album, this time a collection of
his best “My Secret Public Journal” entries. With his relentless tour
