Review of Acey Ducey

Soul Brotha Anthony David, makes his official debut on Universal Records with Acey Ducey. David puts his best foot forward, with a strong compilation of songs originally from independent releases.  Although the album can easily be written off as neo- soul, David manages to create a multi faceted album, drawing from local inspiration, jazz roots, and popular R&B.  Landing himself a Grammy nomination with " Words" featuring India Arie, David is out to get noticed, and with some more experimentation he stands to become a really interesting artist.
