 Synopsis:
Christopher Titus has had a crazy life- all to your
benefit. His new show, The Fifth Annual
End Of The World Tour, has been caught on album
(all 90 minutes of it!) and it’s taken two CDs to
capture it. The album chronicles how Titus’s timing
stinks- having kids post 9/11 and trying to live in
a world that’s going to hell. All without the help
of his dad, a man whose afterlife is apparently just
as crazy as his life.
Fresh from his three season run of the hit show
Titus on the Fox network, Christopher Titus is
selling out huge venues across the country.

Our Review:
This is one of the best
comedy albums I have heard in a few years. Christopher
Titus brings comedy to a new height, especially in today's
world where an off-color joke or a few F.U.s will get a
laugh. He looks at the world from the point of view of
a comic, but delivers his critique in an intellectually
hilarious way. It is refreshing to hear a comedy
without going for those cheap dirty jokes.
His subjects vary from some
very serious world events such as 9/11 to the odd such as
Batman to the everyday subjects like being a parent.
He takes every day events and news and puts a spin on it and
brings comedy from places where there was none. One of
the funniest shticks he does is about birth and birthing.
I must admit that I was a
fan of his show, so I did come into this with a bias,
however, this album is funny. What I like most about
Titus' comedy is that it is intelligent. It shows that
he thought about it from a number of levels and allows it to
translate into different levels of comedy from a base level
to one more (or less) cerebral.
